On the evening of September 15th, under the beautiful late-summer skies of Coeur d’Alene, Viking Field buzzed with energy. The Coeur d’Alene Vikings welcomed the crosstown rivals, the Lakeland Hawks, for a match on their recently installed turf. The night was special for the competitive spirit and the heartfelt tribute paid to the military and first responders. Embracing the evening theme, ‘USA,’ fans and players alike donned patriotic colors in honor and appreciation. The Vikings displayed their skill and teamwork on the field, securing a decisive 54-0 victory over the Hawks.
