Media Day Release

By participating in a Media Day shoot with Buscema Photography LLC, I agree to the following:

Use of Images:

I give Buscema Photography LLC permission to photograph and/or film me (or my child, if under 18) during the scheduled session. I agree that these images may be used for promotional purposes, including websites, social media, printed materials, marketing, and other uses related to Buscema Photography LLC.

Editing and Creative Rights:

I understand that final images may be edited for color, composition, or style. I waive the right to review or approve any final images or materials in which they appear. Unedited/raw images will not be released. All delivered images will be professionally edited.

Session Details:

• Each participant may pose for up to three individual shots. Buddy photos will count toward each participant’s poses.
• It’s the participant’s responsibility to participate in their scheduled photos. Missed poses will not be rescheduled, and refunds will not be given.
• All final images will be delivered digitally through an online gallery, accompanied by a standard print release. Prints are not included unless you order them separately.
• No retake days will be available.

Release of Liability:

I release and hold harmless Buscema Photography LLC, its staff, and assigns from any claims related to the use of these images, including rights of publicity, privacy, or defamation.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this agreement, and that I am either 18 years of age or older or the parent or legal guardian of the participant.
