Photos built for your program
We work with teams and athletic programs of all sizes to create photos that fit what your team actually needs. The first step is a quick conversation about your program, your athletes, and what you want to do with the photos. From there we put together a plan that covers both team and individual shots.
On the day of the shoot, everything is set up and ready to go. We work through your roster efficiently while making sure each athlete gets quality photos. Once the session wraps, you get a full gallery of edited digital images with a print release, ready for announcements, programs, banners, social media, or whatever else your program needs.

From first contact to delivered gallery
We talk through your needs
A quick call or message to discuss your team, your athletes, and what you want out of the photos. Standard session or media day. Team size. Timeline. We figure out what makes sense before anything is scheduled.
We plan the shoot
Once we know what your team needs, we map out the session. Shot order, timing, setup requirements. You get a clear picture of what the day looks like before it happens, so athletes and coaches know what to expect.
Shoot day
Everything is set up and ready when your team arrives. We move through the roster efficiently without rushing anyone. Every athlete gets quality photos. Team groupings, individual shots, and anything else we planned for.
Gallery delivery
Edited images delivered through an online gallery. High resolution, print release included. I work with one central contact, a coach or team parent, who shares the gallery with the team. Use the photos however your program needs them.

Standard sessions focus on clean team groupings and individual shots with natural or minimal lighting. Media day sessions add professional lighting setups, styled backdrops, and individual portraits that work for posters, banners, and social media. We can talk through what makes sense for your team.
It depends on the session type and what your team needs. For standard sessions, each athlete typically gets 2 to 4 individual shots. Enhanced sessions include more poses and variety. We will plan this out before the shoot so everyone knows what to expect.
All final images are delivered through an online gallery. For team photo shoots, I work with a single central point of contact, usually a coach or team parent. Once the gallery is ready, I send the link and all of the information to that contact, and they share it with the rest of the team.
Yes. All images are delivered in high resolution and include a print release, so teams and families can create banners, posters, or other printed materials. If you are planning to create banners or posters for senior night, team recognition, or gym displays, a media day session is designed for exactly that.
We can handle small groups all the way up to full teams or programs with 50+ athletes. With the right planning and setup, we can work through large groups efficiently while still making sure each athlete gets quality photos.
Yes. We work with any group or activity that needs team or individual photography, including band, drama, choir, dance, equestrian, and more.
Payment is collected upfront before the shoot. Depending on team size and session type, we either work with one payment from the team or organization, or use a pre-order system where individual families pay in advance. We will discuss the best approach for your team.
No. Team photo sessions are scheduled for a specific date and time, and it is up to athletes and their families to ensure they are present. Due to the planning, setup, and scheduling involved, we cannot offer refunds or retakes if someone misses their scheduled shoot.
The earlier the better, especially leading into the fall season. Scheduling at least a month in advance helps us secure the date and make sure everything is ready.
